HONEY CINNAMON TURMERIC TEA.
INGREDIENTS.
1. Honey. As Local, Natural & Unadulterated as possible.
2. Cinnamon. Powdered/Ground spice. ONLY use Sri Lankan cinnamon. All other powdered cinnamon commonly available, is an inferior far eastern species that is dangerous to the human body.
3. Turmeric. Powdered/Ground spice.
4. Black Pepper. Freshly ground black pepper is essential to allow the body to digest & utilise the Circumin in Turmeric.
METHOD.
1. Combine 1 flat teaspoon of the powdered spices with a grind of black pepper.
2. Pour on a small quantity of boiling water to cook the spices.
3. Add an amount of cold water to cool the mixture a little bit. This is essential before adding the honey. To avoid destroying the vital enzymes in the honey.
4. Add at least 1 dessert spoon of honey to the cooled mix. Stir well to mix.
5. Drink the mixture down. Keep a glass of fresh water handy, as the cinnamon can at times catch in your throat a little bit. If required a few mouthfuls of cool fresh water to clear the mixture from your mouth & throat.
FREQUENCY.
1. Initially every morning & last thing at night.

2l water
Preparation:
Wash and slice the lemons. Remove the skin from the garlic and blend it together with the other ingredients. Put the water in a larger pot and add in the blended mixture. Cook it for a while. Turn off the heat before the mixture reaches its boiling point.
Let it cool for a while, strain and transfer it into glass bottles. You should not worry about the smell of garlic, because heat and lemons neutralize it. Take a cup of this drink 2 hours before your meals, preferably on an empty stomach. Shake the content before every use, because the tiny bits of garlic and lemon will sink at the bottom.

Next step is to pause for 1 – 2 seconds after breathing in & out. Gradually increase the time between the in & out cycle to 5 seconds. Then increase to 6, 7, 8, 9, then eventually 10 seconds. Without using a clock, watch or stopwatch. Say in your mind. One thousand, two thousand, three thousand & so on. You’ll be amazed at how accurate the seconds are. As you increase the seconds between the cycle. Increase the full cycle to 10 times.
